Registration for the 2020-2021 School Year

Registration for the 2020-2021 school year will be moving to a digital platform.  There are four seperate components that we need all parents to complete in order to register your students for the upcoming year: School Registration Packet, MySchoolBucks, Lunch Application, and E-Notes.  Look below for detailed information on each of these steps.  If you have any questions or concerns please fill free to contact the school at (806) 538-6203.  If we do not answer, please leave a message and someone will get back with you as soon as we return to the office.  We look forward to seeing everyone again in the fall!

Online Registration

A seperate registration packet will need to be completed for each student enrolling at Adrian ISD.  Please note that this packet will not work properly with any program other than Adobe.

This year AISD is moving it’s enrollment packet to a digital format.  In order to complete the enrollment packet you will need to have access to Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Adobe Acrobat is a free program that will function on almost every device.  If you do not currently have Acrobat, please click this link to be taken to the Adobe page where you can download and install the product for free.  If you are working on a tablet or mobile device, please check your app store and download the app.  Once you have access to the program, please follow the steps below to complete the packet and register your students.

  1. Download the application by right clicking on the link and selecting download file.
  2. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader
  3. Open the file inside Adobe Acrobat
  4. Complete the fields.  
  5. ​When the packet is complete, email the packet to adrianschooloffice@adrianisd.net

When you have completed the steps above your packet will be sent to AISD for review.  If we need any further information we will contact you.  Please repeat the steps above for each student that you will be enrolling at Adrian ISD.  When you have completed this, please proceed to section two.

MySchoolBucks Online

If you created a MySchoolBucks account last year, please login to make sure you can still view your child’s account.  Add any additional students and then proceed to step 3.

Adrian ISD has partnered with MySchoolBucks to make it easier to manage your students’ lunch accounts.  This new service allows you to pay for school meals and many other items and fees online using a credit/debit card or electronic check.  We are asking every family to have a least one parent sign up and manage the students account.  Before you can add students to the account, please contact the school to get your child’s student ID information.  You will need this in order to add a child to your account and manage their funds and dues.


What is MySchoolBucks?
MySchooBucks is an online payment service that provides parents the ability to securely pay for meals, monitor student cafeteria purchases and receive email notifications for low account balances.

How do I Enroll?

  1. Go to www.myschoolbucks.com or download the mobile app and register for your free account.
  2. Add your students using their school name and student ID.
  3. Make a payment to your students’ accounts with your credit/debit card or electronic check.

If you have any questions, please visit www.myschoolbucks.com and click Help or call MySchoolBucks Customer Support at 1-855-832-5226.

Once you have completed this registration and added your students, please continue to step 3.

Lunch Application

Only one application per family needs to be completed.  

Every family at AISD is asked to complete an application for Free or Reduced Lunches.  This application can be completed online and printed or you can request a copy from the school.  This application will need to be turned in manually, either mailing it to the school or handing it to the school secretary.  This application will be kept completely confidential and used to determine your student’s eligibility to receive free or reduced lunches.  

When you have completed this step, or sent in a request for a paper copy to the school, please proceed to sign up for our new notification system, E-notes.  The signup form can be found below.  This new alert system will be replacing everything we have used in the past and will be our primary form of communication moving forward.  If you have any questions or concerns about the system please contact the school at (806) 538-6203.
